抄録:
This paper firstly clarifies the current situation of the cold chain development in China and the real situation of the real situation of manufacturing and management of China’s frozen food. The relationship between the volume of consumption of frozen food and social economic indicators will be investigated. Furthermore, this paper tries to clarify the real situation of the temperature management on frozen food manufacturing sites based on the case studies of three Chinese enterprises. Finally, the outlook and issues of China’s cold chain promotion in the future will be also discussed.
